For whatever ails ya. From a hangover to no sleep to the common cold, this lovely juice will get you up and moving and on your way to feeling your best. This ingredient combination is the best of the best when it comes to anti-inflammatory and antioxidant needs… but the taste? AMAZING! It’s really this healthy and tastes this good?! I was surprised myself. All of a sudden I’m bright-eyed and bushy tailed and ready to take on the day.
OK, so what’s in it?
I adapted this recipe from one that came with my Ninja Ultima Blender (best Christmas present ever!) to come up with the winning combo:
Cure All Juice
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 small lemon, peeled, seeded and quartered
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 4-5 ice cubes
1. Pulse a few times then blend and before you know it you’re on the mend 🙂
