The Rise and Shine Smoothie

Serves 2

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange, peeled, quartered and seeded
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup milk (you can use regular, soy or almond)
  • 5 ice cubes

Blend until smooth.
