Hi, I’m Kait, Orlando Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
I’ve been where you are. I spent years wrestling with my weight, inflammation, body image, and the constant all-or-nothing mindset around food. I went from binge eating and being 30 lbs overweight to being way too restrictive with food. This obsession with “clean eating” and dieting made me feel deprived, exhausted, and honestly, quite lonely.
It wasn’t until I lost my period for 14 months that I realized something was wrong with not just my hormones but my diet, lifestyle, and mindset.
What finally changed things for me was committing to a balanced approach that actually fit my life. No extremes, no quick fixes, no stress. By focusing on eating a balance of macronutrients and a variety anti-inflammatory foods in the right portions, I reached a weight that felt great and corrected my hormones. Not only do I have my energy back, but I have my zest for life back, too!
Now, I help my clients do the same: eat with confidence, fuel their bodies well, and get results without having to sacrifice their favorite foods.
