There is are 2 optional competition elements- one for the most points and the other for the best transformation! Two winners will receive two 30-minute consults with a dietitian plus an opportunity to be on our podcast!
Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes. The workouts are adaptable and designed to meet you where you are.
Do I need a gym?
Some workouts can be done at home. Equipment recommendations will be provided.
Is this a meal plan?
No. This is a flexible nutrition framework designed to fit real life.
Can I keep the materials after the 30 days?
Yes. All PDFs are yours to keep.
Do I have to use the continuous glucose monitor (CGM)?
We highly encourage you to use it! It’s included in the cost of the program and provides invaluable insight to YOUR body.
