Who is this program for?
Lately you’ve been stuck. You feel like you are doing a lot of things right but something’s not working. You need accountability, data, labs, and help from someone with experience. You want to lose fat, improve your health markers, and increase your energy.
Can I be on a GLP-1 and still do the Total Metabolic Transformation (TMT)?
Yes! When you’re on a GLP-1, focusing on maintaining muscle mass, preserving your metabolism, and monitoring your labs and body composition is even more important.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You can pay $3200 up front for the entire 3 month program or you can do 3 monthly payments of $1100. We also accept HSA/FSA.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. Insurance typically covers problem focused care, not proactive wellness. In TMT, we focus on measurement, interpretation, and execution. The level of care we provide requires time, access, and personalization that insurance models don’t support. You’re not just a number to us. Your success is our success!
How is this 12-week program different than other weight loss programs?
Other weight loss programs typically offer a cookie cutter meal plan with group coaching and no testing or true outcome data. Most functional lab companies sell you hundreds of dollars of supplements you “need” after interpreting your data (we don’t sell any supplements). In TMT, you get over $850 worth of testing in our program with personalized 1:1 weekly coaching from registered dietitians with decades of experience who really care about your success.
How do I know if TMT is right for me?
If fat loss feels harder, muscle is harder to maintain, or energy feels inconsistent. Many of our participants have “done everything right” but never had the data or structure to connect the dots.

Can we do our visits virtually?
Of course! Whatever works best for you. Many of our local clients enjoy coming into the office for the first session or two, then move to virtual as weeks go on.
