Sometimes we hear something about food at a young age or from someone we trust and it sticks with us. Do you have any food rules that you follow, such as not eating carbs after a certain time or steering clear of white foods? Are there rules you learned from diets in the 90’s that you still hesitate to break to this day?

Following arbitrary rules that aren’t based in science can lead to a negative relationship with food and can carry over to a negative relationship with your body.

We use this worksheet with our clients when they  notice feeling a lot of guilt surrounding certain foods or eating behaviors.
